Organic Veggies

This week we are expecting to harvest and have available at the farm store:

*Leaf lettuce - a delicious blend of red and green leaves - $4 for 1/3 lb or $10 for 1 lb

*Kohlrabi - $3/lb

*Collards - $3/bag

*Kale - $4/bag

*Radishes - round, red and purple, or French breakfast - $2/bunch

*Sweet potatoes - $2/pound - $60 for a 40-pound box

*Purple sweet potatoes - $3/pound

*White sweet potatoes - $3/pound

*Pumpkins - good varieties for storing and baking with - $5 each

*Butternut squash - $2/pound

*Acorn squash - $2.50 each

Dry Goods

You can find everything from organic dried beans and rice to dried mango, peanut butter, jelly, corn syrup, vanilla, all the spices, cane sugar, flour, grass-fed butter, and lots more!

Pasture-Raised Pork
Raised on organic pasture supplemented with non-GMO feed and processed at Fischer's Meat Market in Muenster, TX.  Right now, in the freezers you will find:

*Pork chops - $7.75/lb

*Boston butt shoulder roast - $7.75/lb

*Spare ribs - $5.75/lb

*Smoked ham hocks - $9.00/lb

*Hot links - $11.50/lb

*Breakfast sausage - $8.25/lb

Grass-Fed Beef
Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, all of the beef that we will harvest this year is just about sold.  Our next set of steers will go to the butcher in the summer.

Elderberry Syrup
Made by our neighbor in Roberta, Britney’s Country Kitchen, this syrup has all the things to naturally give your immune system a delicious boost!

Microgreens
Grown by Dustin Reid in Blue at his Southern Sprouts farm, microgreens are a great addition to salads or sandwiches and are a great healthy snack!

Local Honey

Harvested from hives on this farm or Evan’s parents’ farm just south of Durant.

Local Pecans

Organically-grown native pecans are now available at the farm store!  These were harvested by Sarah’s family in Bennington.  1-pound bags of shelled pecans are $12.

5-pound bags of cracked and blown pecans are $25

B’s Baking Fresh Bread

Fresh sourdough and other loaves baked fresh by our local baker.
